For the Fire Weather Watch, from Wednesday afternoon through Wednesday evening. * WINDS...Southwest 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 11 percent. * IMPACTS...Unpredictable fire behavior.
