Flooding may be ongoing in poor drainage and urban areas. Some street flooding may continue. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 245 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated between 2 and 3 inches of rain fell, with localized amounts upwards of 3 inches. This amount of rain in a short time span will result in the water taking longer to recede. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
