Precipitation amounts: 15-30 l/m²; amount already fallen: 50-100 l/m² Danger to life and limb due to: rapid flooding of roads, subways and basements; widespread aquaplaning; possible mudslides. Recommendations for what to do: Avoid flooded areas and areas at risk. Adapt your behaviour in road traffic - be prepared for disruptions to transport routes.
