ฝนตกหนัก มรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้กำลังปานกลางพัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ประเทศไทย และอ่าวไทย ประกอบกับมีหย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำบริเวณด้านตะวันออกของภาคเหนือตอนบน และภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนบน ลักษณะเช่นนี้ทำให้ประเทศไทยมีฝนตกหนักบางแห่ง และมีฝนตกหนักมากบางพื้นที่ในภาคเหนือ และภาคตะวันออก สำหรับคลื่นลมบริเวณทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยมีกำลังปานกลาง โดยบริเวณทะเลอันดามันตอนบนมีคลื่นสูงประมาณ 2 เมตร ส่วนทะเลอันดามันตอนล่างทะเลมีคลื่นสูง 1-2 เมตร บริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองคลื่นสูงมากกว่า 2 เมตร ขอให้ประชาชนในบริเวณประเทศไทยระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมากและฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลันและน้ำป่าไหลหลาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่านและพื้นที่ลุ่ม รวมทั้งเพิ่มความระมัดระวังในการสัญจรผ่านบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองไว้ด้วย ขอให้ชาวเรือบริเวณทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวังและหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองไว้ด้วย

Heavy Rain The moderate southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf while the low-pressure cell covers the east of the North and the upper Northeast. Isolated heavy rains are still present in Thailand while isolated very heavy rains are possible in the North and the East. The moderate wind and waves in the upper Andaman Sea are about 2 meters high, 1-2 meters high in the lower Andaman Sea and above 2 meters high in thundershowers. People in the areas should beware of heavy to very heavy rains and accumulations that may cause flash floods and overflows, especially along foothills near waterways and lowlands.
