Movement was east at 45 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail and rainfall of a half inch to one inch. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Ponding of water on roadways, low visibilities, and rises in small streams and creeks. Locations impacted include... Waterloo, Cedar Falls, Marshalltown, Newton, Oskaloosa, Pella, Waverly, Grinnell, Eldora, Grundy Center, Toledo, Montezuma, Allison, Evansdale, Tama, Jesup, La Porte City, Hudson, Sumner, and Parkersburg.
