yellow warning - severe thunderstorm - in effect At 7:04 p.m. CDT, Environment Canada meteorologists are tracking a severe thunderstorm capable of producing damaging wind gusts and heavy rain. This line of severe thunderstorms is located from Amik Lake to 30 km southeast of Dinorwic to Eltrut Lake Motion: Moving northeast at 70 km/h. Hazards: Up to 90 km/h wind gusts. Heavy rain with local rainfall amounts up 50 mm possible. Locations in the path: Aaron Provincial Park Lower Manitou Lake Wabigoon Upper Manitou Lake Entwine Lake Amik Lake Ignace White Otter Lake Sandbar Lake Provincial Park Sowden Lake ### Local utility outages are likely. Damage to roofs, fences, soft shelters or trees is likely. Severe thunderstorm warnings are issued when imminent or occurring thunderstorms are expected to produce damaging hail, wind or rain.
