HAZARD...Less than one mile visibility with strong wind gusts to 40 mph. SOURCE...Doppler radar. IMPACT...Hazardous travel. * This includes the following highways... AZ Interstate 10 between mile markers 145 and 169. AZ Interstate 17 between mile markers 195 and 200. AZ Route 51 near mile marker 1. Locations impacted include... Phoenix, Mesa, Chandler, Scottsdale, Gilbert, Tempe, Paradise Valley, Sun Lakes, Laveen, East Mesa, Queen Creek, Tempe Marketplace, Papago Park, Granite Reef Dam, and Falcon Field Airport. Blowing dust brings reduced visibility, leading to dangerous driving conditions. If driving, avoid blowing dust if possible.
