For the Fire Weather Watch, from Monday morning through Tuesday evening. * WINDS...Southwest 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 55 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...11 to 16 percent. * IMPACTS...Elevated fire danger is expected.
