Expect wind damage to trees and power lines. Locations impacted include... Hartford, New Britain, West Hartford, Bristol, Manchester, East Hartford, Southington, Glastonbury, Newington, Vernon, Wethersfield, South Windsor, Farmington, Berlin, Rocky Hill, Avon, Plainville, Ellington, Tolland, and Coventry.
