Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - While the heaviest rain continues to occur mainly south of the area, pockets of moderate to locally heavy rain continues to be possible through the overnight hours. While the flash flood threat is decreasing, some flooding of urban and poor drainage areas remains possible.
