Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional rounds of slow moving storms today over a saturated ground to bring an elevated risk for flash flooding. You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared to take action should flooding develop.

Wapsipinicon River near De Witt 4S affecting Scott and Clinton Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Wapsipinicon River near Anamosa Shaw Rd. * WHEN...From late tonight to early Tuesday morning. * IMPACTS...At 14.7 feet, Water affects the Camelot Campground. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:15 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 13.4 feet and rising. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage just after midnight tonight to a crest of 15.1 feet tomorrow evening. It will then fall below flood stage late Monday evening. - Flood stage is 14.5 feet. Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks. Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars through flooded areas. The next statement will be issued by Sunday afternoon at 315 PM CDT.
