Locations impacted include... La Crosse, Winona, Decorah, Charles City, Oelwein, Prairie Du Chien, La Crescent, Waukon, Cresco, Osage, New Hampton, Caledonia, West Union, Preston, Elkader, Lansing, Spring Valley, Postville, Rushford, and Nashua. This includes Interstate 90 in Minnesota between mile markers 244 and 271, and near mile marker 274. If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 700 PM CDT for northeastern Iowa...southeastern Minnesota...and southwestern and west central Wisconsin.
