Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Thunderstorms with excessive rainfall have already produced 3 to 7 inches or rain. Any additional rainfall could make any flooding worse. You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood Warnings.
