Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 500 PM EDT, Emergency management reported flooding in typical low-lying areas across the county. Between 2.5 and 4.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
