Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Thunderstorms will develop into an increasingly humid airmass this evening. This, combined with recent rainfall, may result in flash flooding, particularly along small streams and in urban areas. Localized totals of 2 to 4 inches of rain are possible. - Please visit www.weather.gov/safety/flood for flood safety and preparedness information.
