In southwest Missouri, Dallas and Laclede. * WHEN...Through Sunday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of showers and thunderstorms are forecast to move through the area through tonight (Saturday night), bringing a widespread 2 to 4 inches of rain with locally higher amounts up to 6 inches possible. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood Warnings. In south central Missouri, Texas. In southwest Missouri, Cedar, Dallas, Laclede, Polk, Webster and Wright. In west central Missouri, St. Clair. * WHEN...Until 300 PM CDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 305 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following low water crossings... Whetstone Creek at Owens Road, Osage Fork at Highway J, Weaubleau Creek at 350 Road, Wolf Creek at Highway AB, Lindley Creek at Mathis Road, Osage Fork at Auburn Road and Brush Creek at 1200 Road. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
