Rises in small streams. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 843 PM CDT, Emergency Management reported flooding in the advisory area. This will cause small stream flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Columbia, Centralia, Ashland, Columbia Regional Airport, Hallsville, Sturgeon, Midway, Murry, Harrisburg, Hartsburg, Lupus, McBaine and Wilton. Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
