Some all time record highs are possible on Sunday. * WHERE...Portions of central, south central, and southeast Montana and north central Wyoming. * WHEN...Until midnight MDT Monday Night. * IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during extreme heat events. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Extremely hot daytime temperatures combined with warm overnight low temperatures will produce cumulative heat stress. This heat stress will quickly become dangerous to anyone without adequate cooling and hydration. Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of the sun, plan outdoor activities during the early morning and late evening hours, and check up on relatives and neighbors. Do not leave young children and pets in unattended vehicles. Car interiors will reach lethal temperatures in a matter of minutes.
