Winds of 25 to 35 mph with gusts of 40 to 45 mph, relative humidity falling to or below 10 percent for one to three hours, high Haines and dry fine fuels will likely result in critical fire weather conditions late Wednesday morning through early evening. Critical fire weather conditions wane after sunset as winds taper off and relative humidity rises. * AREA AND TIMING...Northeast Plains (Zone 104), Northeast Highlands (Zone 123), Central Highlands (Zone 125), and East Central Plains (Zone 126) late Wednesday morning through Wednesday evening. * 20 FOOT WINDS...Southwest winds of 20 to 30 mph with peak gusts of 35 to 45 mph Wednesday afternoon. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Falling to 6 to 10 percent Wednesday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
