Air Quality Alert issued July 16 at 5:24PM EDT by NWS Blacksburg VA Forsyth County Office of Environmental Assistance and Protection Winston-Salem NC has issued a Code Orange Air Quality Action Day for the Triad region for Ground Level Ozone, until midnight EDT tonight. There is another Code Orange Air Quality Action Day issued for the Triad Region on Friday for Ground Level Ozone. This will be from 10 AM to 8 PM EDT. An Air Quality Action Day means that Ground Level Ozone concentrations within the region may approach or exceed unhealthy standards.
