In southeast Oklahoma, Haskell, Latimer, McIntosh and Pittsburg. * WHEN...Through Friday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Scattered showers and storms will remain possible through the afternoon and evening Wednesday.
