Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of slow moving thunderstorms will be capable of producing torrential downpours, with rain rates potentially exceeding 2 inches per hour.
