In northwest Wyoming, Absaroka Mountains and Cody Foothills. * WHEN...Until 11 PM MDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Quick water rises on area streams and rivers, especially on small drainages in the mountains and foothills, leading to localized flash flooding, which could endanger people and infrastructure near waterways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Slow-moving showers and thunderstorms will have abundant moisture today, with dew points in the 50s and 60s, and precipitable water values in excess of 1 inch.
