Overflowing poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 140 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the advisory area. Between 2 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Knoxville, Oak Ridge, Morristown, Sevierville, Clinton, Jefferson City, Dandridge, Maynardville, Oliver Springs, Plainview, New Market, Strawberry Plains, Halls, Blaine, Rocky Top, Norris, Luttrell, Maloneyville, Paulette and House Mountain State Park. - This includes the following highways... Interstate 75 in Tennessee between mile markers 108 and 131.
