HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Andrews, Gaines County Airport, Florey, Frankel City, and Andrews County Airport. If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Severe Thunderstorm Warning issued June 28 at 8:41PM CDT until June 28 at 9:30PM CDT by NWS Midland/Odessa TX At 841 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 10 miles south of Gaines County Airport, or 13 miles south of Seminole, moving northeast at 30 mph. HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect considerable tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings. Locations impacted include... Andrews, Seminole, Gaines County Airport, Loop, Florey, Patricia, Frankel City, McKenzie Lake, and Andrews County Airport. For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a building. To report severe weather contact your nearest law enforcement agency.
