Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Along with heavy rain previously fallen, additional briefly heavy rainfall may produce up to 2 inches, with pockets of 3 inches or more possible.
