High water remain on numerous secondary road surfaces as well across urban areas as runoff is not complete. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Mount Pleasant, Mineola, Pittsburg, Winnsboro, Leesburg, Mount Vernon, Daingerfield, Quitman, Hughes Springs, De Kalb, Lone Star, Naples, Omaha, Newsome, Scroggins, Cason, Purley, Cookville, Rosewood and Wilkerson. Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
