A few trees and large tree limbs could be blown down resulting in some power outages. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Fully leafed out trees may result in more trees damage than in the cool season with similar wind gusts. Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Use extra caution.

Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Salem, Manchester, Dorset, Manchester Center, Sandgate, Beartown, East Rupert, West Rupert, West Sandgate, South Dorset, East Dorset, Freedleyville, North Dorset, Eagleville, Greenwich Junction, Rexleigh, Shushan, Fitch Point and East Greenwich.
