Confidence in timing of additional heavy rain is low, but additional heavy rain Friday afternoon into the overnight looks to mainly focus south of US Highway 18. Therefore, the Flood Watch Continues for those areas but has been cancelled for locations north of there. * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of Iowa, including the following counties, Chickasaw, Clayton, Fayette and Floyd and southwest Wisconsin, including the following county, Grant. * WHEN...Through Saturday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
